"The weekend with Mind Body  Soul Adventures was incredible. Clare's enthusiasm, experience and knowledge of the local area led to such an amazing experience in the most beautiful surroundings with an incredible group of people. After a busy start to the year, this weekend gave me the opportunity to pause, rest and reset in a way I couldn't have imagined. The beautiful Scottish scenery and the opportunity to connect with myself and the great outdoors, left me feeling refreshed and returning to England with my cup filled up. I can't recommend Mind Body Soul Adventures enough. "
